Cerah compiled a good list of apartments that mostly fit most our criteria. She was also friendly and understanding of our situation during my call with her. Samii was very helpful and followed up a couple of times with me, provided FAQs, and also did a quick scan of our lease. Some feedback: - We had recommended an apt to Cerah so it would have been nice if she did a little more research on the option we picked. - We didn't get a chance to tour the area with the agent because it seemed to be too far for them. Given that we were relocation from TX to CA, it would have been nice for someone to meet us and show us around the area.

I think connecting with a local expert is more beneficial in Boise than having a tour. The homes go quickly and it's important to be prepared. Brandon was very responsive and I appreciate his help.

We are currently in the process of touring but Nate had been extraordinarily helpful through the processes and made my transition a lot easier. Would highly recommend to anyone else needing help with rentals. Also Porchlight has genuinely been an amazing helping me with the move. I would be so incredibly lost without you guys, so from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
