Poor service from guide who wanted our time and tried to influence my wife toward his properties vs what she wanted. His delays caused us to lose our flight back to Phoenix.

We had a tough list of "must-have" boxes, and Mike delivered on absolutely everything (and then some)! His knowledge of the market was a huge benefit for us. My only trip to Orlando had been for my job interview. My wife had never been to Florida before moving here.
