Maria provided exceptional support during my relocation to St. Joseph. Her local market expertise and proactive communication made a stressful out-of-state move much easier. She was highly responsive and truly went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition. A top-tier professional! The platform was functional for basic logistics, but I found the communication and follow-through lacking. The process felt transactional at times, and I had to proactively push for updates to stay on schedule. Good for the essentials, but there is definitely room for more proactive support.

Overall, Melissa was great she gave us multiple options to view several locations. She listened to our requirements and made sure to meet as many as possible and we ultimately decided to sign a lease at one of the locations she arranged for viewing.
