Although I clearly communicated my requirements and provided specific instructions in advance, I was still placed in a difficult situation involving safety and security concerns. Unfortunately, the local realtor agent failed to properly fulfill his responsibilities, which directly contributed to this unfortunate and avoidable situation.

I had a great experience with Gary, he went beyond what i was expecting. I had several options to see and he was open to my suggestions. He was really nice and also, helped me with questions and things that might be relevant for me to consider when choosing a place.

Comments:
Local Rental Expert was terrible. He did almost nothing at all. His response was too late, so I had to push many times. That was so annoying. In addition, I had to be involved with local rental expert due to my company's policy and his response was too late, I lost some oppotunitis to apply some potencial properties. I am absolutely sure that I could find good properties more smoothly if I don't have to be involved with him.

Donna was such a huge help and had an amazing wealth of knowledge! I was feeling very nervous about my relocation, and hadn't been able to really get my bearings in the area until Donna took me on my rental tours. She was very thorough and did a fantastic job keeping my priorities in mind. This was my first experience working with a realtor, as well as my first experience looking to rent outside of California, and Donna made it so much less overwhelming. I appreciated how responsive she was and how she advocated for my needs at the locations we toured. I can't imagine having gone through this process without her! Leading up to my professional pairing with Donna, everyone I worked with at Porchlight was very kind, professional, and responsive. I appreciated Fran and how quickly she answered my questions, and how she helped make this process easy for me. She was communicative and helpful in her responses. Thank you both for your help!

Craig was supportive making recomendation on safety areas to live. Also he guide me with a tour to 2 different places. Honestly,I did not provide enough time to find out enough places to make tours, but once I find out a place he provided advice if area is safety to live and review my lease contract.
