Laura Suddock was incredibly helpful in our search for a home rental. She gave us great insight into the neighborhoods we were searching in, organized all of our showings and was a joy to work with all around.

The local rent expert did not provide insights into the local rental market. He relied on my previous survey to schedule the visits, without offering adequate support to give a general overview of the area or suggesting additional properties to visit. On the other hand, the Porchlight representative was very attentive and supportive. She gathered all the information about my needs and concerns and shared it with the local support team, which unfortunately did not respond as expected

Thomas was amazing! He understood and worked around my crazy training schedule and was very knowlegable about the whole area in which we were looking. He made our experience seemless and was instrumental in us being able to relocate our family.

Tikoya at exp realty was wonderful. She gave us her full attention and answered every question. She asked lots of questions to be sure she found properties that met our needs and helped us understand what we could apply on, even when we thought we should not based on pets. She took time to point out places of interest and help us find the right area of town that would fit out interests.

Kristin was amazing! She was very helpful and thorough. She was patient with my tons of emails and text messages, gave great information and opinions, and followed up, which really showed she cared. I had to do my home search virtually, and Kristin sent me videos of the homes and plenty of accurate information. 10/10 Great job!
