Even though we ended up pivoting to a purchase Lauren's showings and guindance was instrumental in our finding our final property. She was amazing and will definitely be invited to our housewarming.

Very disappointed- our tour date had one tour, I felt she did not listen to what we wanted to see and scheduled one tour for the total opposite time of living space we were looking for. I know what we want is a little harder to find but it's out there. Leading up I appreciated the communication but the actual tour date was poor. We arrived ten minutes early to the one tour we had booked and she was a no-show. Claimed to have left at noon because she did not see us, but we were there 10 minutes ahead of schedule.

Joanne was amazing! She put me on ease from the start. She did an amazing job listening to my wants and providing listings that reflected that. I found my dream apartment with her and can't wait to start my chicago adventure. I highly recommend Joanne and would gladly work with her again.

Absolutely amazing! From start to finish I was provided a great team to have in my corner. Great communication, they answered any questions I had and even thought of questions I didn't know I should be asking. There was a bunch of times we had to pivot due to situations out of our hands, but they kept their cool and did what they had to do to keep the ball rolling. There was never a time where I felt unsure about any decisions with their guidance. I would highly recommend to anyone!
